We are seeking a talented Laravel Developer to join our team on an ad hoc basis, assisting in the regular maintenance and enhancements of our website.

Role Overview:

As a Laravel Developer working on an ad hoc basis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, functionality, and performance of our website. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to implement updates, fix bugs, and make necessary improvements to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular website maintenance tasks, including updating content, images, and other assets.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to website functionality, responsiveness, and performance.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in PHP using the Laravel framework.
• Develop and implement new features as needed to enhance website capabilities.
• Optimize website performance by analyzing and improving loading times, server response times, and overall user experience.
• Ensure website security by implementing best practices and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
• Test and debug code to ensure seamless user interactions and proper functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting website-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past Laravel projects.
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web security.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, ad hoc work environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience with website maintenance and updates is preferred.
